As promised during the virtual meeting of the SPSA COPP yesterday, attached are two documents: 1) MOA, Partnership between SPSA and PCS SURE Commission Rural Surgery Outreach program; 2) Initial report of the pilot program which started on March 1, 2023 at the Gubat District Hospital in Gubat, Sorsogon, Philippines.

As suggested by Doming Alvear, if any of you know of an organization representing Fil-Ameicans from this Province, please let me know so I may reach out to them for their support.
