SPSA Surgical Mission successfully completed its last surgical mission Jan. 21-27, 2024 at Eastern Samar Provincial Hospital in Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Representative Marcelino Libanan sponsored the surgical and dental mission.

Rural Surgery Outreach Program::
SPSA Fellows( Drs. Fabito, Ignacio, Barcelona, Mendiola and H. Cruz met with PCS President Juvie Villaflor, Dr. Beda Espineda, PMA President. PSA President, LGU representative and AORN President Jan. 29, 2024 at the PCS building.
The new proposals and revisions to the first Rural Outreach Program in Gubat, Sorsogon submitted by Dr. Hernan Reyes were presented to the body.
Dr. Robert Chacon of Sorsogon Provincial Hospital presented the results of the initial Rural Surgery Outreach Program in Sorsogon.
There was consensus of opinion to continue the Rural Surgery Outreach Program sponsored by SPSA , World Surgical Foundation. And PCS SURE Commission.
